PHOTOS: EMF hosts kitchen demo in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
EMF Emirates hosted an event at The Address Boulevard, Atelier Show Kitchen in Dubai on May 7, 2018 and at Sim Sim All-day Restaurant at Saadiyat Rotana in Abu Dhabi on May 8, 2018 to showcase Cesarin’s two new product ranges: Tuttafrutta & Profumi D’italia, and setting molds from Pavoni Italia. Around 80 chefs from around the Middle East gathered at the event to see guest chef Denis Dianin, a member of the Italian Academy of Master Pastry Chefs and owner of D&G patisserie demonstrate some of his creations like Cortina, Delicata (a tropical mousse cake), and Tarte Citron with the D&G method. Cesarin’s Tutta Frutta line is obtained from the fresh fruit by a special cold-working process, it is ideal to garnish and fill baked pies and ice cream productions. Cesarin’s Profumi D’Italia line, a paste with pieces of fruits ready to use, is made to be used in the preparation of celebration cakes, baked goods and other such recipes inspired by industry professionals.
