Dubai's Form Hotel has opened its F&B venue: Roots Kitchen by Parlour.

Its chef de cuisine is Sylvain Noel, and the venue serves breakfast through to dinner, with dishes inspired by all corners of Europe.

Breakfast items include organic acai with stone-cut oats and avocado tartine, blueberry oatmeal waffles with crème fraiche, or a berry and lemon custard crème-topped breakfast pain perdue.

Related

Lunch and dinner dishes include stockyard farm black Angus tenderloin to Cornish hen, along with slow-braised New Zealand lamb shoulder and spaghetti chittara, sandwiches and more.

Dessert items include the chocolate ganache, panna cotta and the acai cheesecake.

Roots by Parlour is open from 6:30am to 11:00pm.
