Caterer Middle East publishes first Recipe Book
Caterer Middle East is set to publish its first ever recipe book in October, celebrating the culinary prowess of 70 of the UAE’s top chefs.
The Caterer Middle East Recipe Book features recipes from 70 top chefs, including culinary directors at the UAE’s largest hotels, head chefs at internationally-recognised F&B brands and home-grown UAE concepts alike, and a host of speciality cuisine chefs and expert pastry chefs.
Names gracing the 300 pages of the Recipe Book include Chef Gary Rhodes of Rhodes 2010, Rhodes 44 and Rhodes W1; Colin Clague, executive chef, Qbara Restaurant, Bar and Lounge; Lee Goble, resort executive chef, Madinat Jumeirah; Vineet Bhatia, chef patron, Indego by Vineet; Sascha Triemer, VP Culinary, Atlantis, The Palm; Rory Duncan, executive chef, La Petite Maison; and Refai Bin Othman, regional executive chef, Zuma Middle East / Turkey.
