IMG Group enters F&B market with Asador de Aranda

The group plans to open 12 outlets over the next 10 years

Ilyas & Mustafa Galadari (IMG) Group, a Dubai headquartered group of companies, has entered into the food & beverage sector with a partnership agreement with Spanish-borne family business, Asador de Aranda Group.

The agreement enables the IMG Group to open Asador de Aranda's first international restaurant outlet, with plans to open 12 more across the Middle East over the next 10 years.

Due to open in Q1 2016, Asador de Aranda will offer diners a Spanish experience, with Castilian cuisine characterised by the use of an oak-wood adobe clay oven.


IMG Group vice president - food & beverage, Naveed Dowlatshahi said: "The demand for quality food and beverage options is set to increase as we edge closer to EXPO 2020, particularly given the current growth in the UAE tourism sector.

As part of its growth and expansion into the F&B sector, IMG Group plans to bring 28 original food and beverage offerings to IMG Worlds of Adventure, from American, Middle Eastern, Pan-Asian, Mexican, European, Indian, and South African cuisines.
