Grand Millennium Dubai’s pan-Asian restaurant Toshi will open in August after its refurbishment, which Caterer Middle East reported in April 2015.

Peter Mansourian, general manager, Grand Millennium Dubai, said the interiors have been changed to give it a more modern look, while providing a friendly ambiance.

"The new layout of the restaurant will accommodate up to 120 guests, who can try family style dinners, a la carte options and a variety of set menus as well as a Saturday brunch," he said.

Mansourian also said the open kitchen style will help towards repositioning Toshi as "the most sought-after dining destination".

He added: "Toshi has long been a favorite among locals and visitors alike as it has been serving up a mix of Asian cuisines for years. I am confident that despite this favourable transformation of interiors, diners will continue to find Toshi’s classic dishes on the menu, keeping the same stimulating tastes.

"The redo will give a better view of the panoramic vista, while live entertainment will further enhance the dining experience."

The restaurant has been operational for six years.
