Culinary Boutique launches in Jumeirah
Launched by Emirati entrepreneur, Hessa Al Qassim, Culinary Boutique combines a café, cooking school, event space and bakery.
Interior design at the new project is inspired by Scandinavian architecture. The venue features two outdoor terraces, as well as a main dining area.
Signature dishes on the café menu will include truffle ravioli, with quail egg and fresh black truffle (pictured) and Wagyu striploin grain 9+ sliders with pesto, olive chilli tapenade, and caramelised onion.
The new venue has been fitted out with custom built kitchens. It offers over 100 cooking classes, with themes ranging from Emirati cooking through to Peruvian food. Classes will cater to all levels of ability.
Culinary Boutique founder Hessa Al Qassim said: “cooking is not just about having the best talent, but about exploring your own nature and spirit in the kitchen. With today’s busy and hectic lifestyle, cooking is a remedy – it is through home cooking that we create these essential memories of being together with family and friends.”
