Indo-Arab concept Tableya opens in Dubai
New F&B concept Tableya that is said to be inspired by the streets of the Middle East and India has opened its doors.
Tableya is located in Business Bay and will serve an Indo-Arab menu. Headed by chef Radi, Tableya has elements of of India and the Middle East.
Radi has spent most of his life in India and has moved to Dubai recently, where he curated Tableya based on his experiences and his love for food.
Commenting on the opening Tableya co-owner Deepak Pahwa said, “Dubai is the home to the finest food and beverage offerings and I am pleased to contribute to it by starting Tableya and bringing new life to existing food trends.
“The restaurant will offer guests the opportunity to experience innovative dishes in a sleek and relaxing surrounding. The launch of Tableya will surely reflect our commitment to offering variety of quality dining options that will set us apart us from other restaurants.”
Some of the specials on Tableya’s menu will include kholiwadi calamari, with balchao podi and tomato harbonera, along with various interpretations of familiar flavors including the channa jor falafel with garlic tahini and roasted tomato chutney, and goat cheese sambooshak with peanut chutney, among others.
