In the UK, LXA is working on various concepts for numerous high street FAB offers along with ongoing projects for major hotel operators.
Grant, director of the Dubai office, said: “Dubai, being one of the most phenomenal and fastest growing cities in the world is a melting pot of fusion cooking and globe-trotting chefs, however what makes or breaks a restaurant is not necessarily the food. The design is a fundamental part of the overall experience and subconsciously informs our overall review of the venue. As GRIF is a fantastic opportunity to highlight these connections, I am delighted to be able to share my insights with industry professionals alike.”
