Aubaine introduces new menu in Dubai
Founded in London, Aubaine is known for its handcrafted bread, patisserie and smart casual service.
New starters include traditional French flavours such as the baked Camembert paired with crushed walnuts, truffle oil, baby leaves and crostini; as well as influences from the wider Mediterranean basin in the form of mini Merguez sausages with chilli-lime aioli.
For something more substantial, there is the seared sea bass with a carrot purée, tender stem broccoli, and a sun dried tomato dressing or the rib eye served with roasted tomatoes and mixed leaves.
With ten strategic locations across London, The Dubai Mall followed by Dubai’s City Walk were the first international branches to open outside the UK.
