Ritz-Carlton DIFC to launch winter restaurant pop-up

Michelin-starred chef Paco Perez will headline the restaurant from October 22, 2017 to January 22, 2018 to celebrate the Spanish cuisine

The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), is introducing a new pop-up restaurant curated by Michelin-starred chef Paco Pérez, at Center Cut Steak House.

The winter pop-up will be open to guests from October 22, 2017 to January 22, 2018 to celebrate the Spanish cuisine, with menus featuring a broad selection of Spanish-style tapas at lunch and dinner. The Catalan chef will also make special appearances throughout October, November, and December.
