Shake Shack launches new cookbook in the Middle East
Shake Shack has launched a cookbook – ‘Shake Shack Recipes & Stories’ in the Middle East.
In the presence of Randy Garutti, Shake Shack CEO and co-author, the Shake Shack cookbook was unveiled to consumers in the region at the Shake Shack outlet in JBR.
Complete with 70 recipes and 200 photos, the book features clever infographics, trivia, and limited-edition burger recipes from chefs around the world. The ‘stories’ side of the book tells tales of Shake Shack history, profiles key collaborators and suppliers, discusses methodologies, provides recipe-related commentary and illuminates the company’s key-to-success business practices.
This is the first cookbook from founder and restaurateur Danny Meyer’s burger stand, which rose from humble beginnings as a hot dog cart in New York City to become a restaurant that now has 140+ Shacks and counting.
In Shake Shack Recipes & Stories, CEO Randy Garutti and culinary director Mark Rosati offer insight into what has made Shake Shack successful, the people, the places, and the business lessons learned along the way.
