    A study has shown the use of natural food colourings is on the rise across the Middle East and India

    Research conducted by growth partnership company Frost and Sullivan has predicted a bright future for India and the Middle East’s natural food colourings market.

    The study, entitled Strategic Analysis of the Indian and the Middle East Natural Colors Market, noted that growing consumer preference for natural food stuffs was “a major trigger for the growth of the Indian and Middle Eastern natural colours markets”.

    Assessments revealed that Indian and Middle Eastern markets earned revenues of over US $19.5 million and $17.1 million respectively in 2008 and estimated these figures would reach $26.1 million and $25 million by 2014.
