Milkshake brand Keventers launches its 200th outlet in Dubai
Keventers, the milkshake brand, has debuted into the Middle East with the launch of its store at Dubai’s La Mer.
This marks the first of many, with plans to open 25 outlets in Dubai and Sharjah, strengthening its presence in the country.
With every milkshake made to order, Keventers offers a set of classic, thick and fruity milkshakes. Modern flavours include Nutella marshmello, Nutella caramel, bubble gum, Kit Kat while classics such as strawberry and mango shakes are still on the menu. Date jallab and avocado honey milkshakes add a local flavour, while hot beverages like cappuccino and café latte are on the menu.
Keventers’ serves all its shakes in a glass bottle, a principal USP of the brand since its inception, avoiding usage of any plastic.
Keventers director/CEO Sohrab Sitaram said in a statement: "A country as global as UAE holds tremendous potential for a brand like Keventers to flourish and expand internationally. With all major global brands already present in the UAE, Keventers is making a timely entry into the market, positioning itself strategically to capture the imagination of milkshake and dessert lovers."
Keventers was first established in 1925 by Edward Keventers and later acquired by Ram Krishna Dalmia in 1940. But the brand was revived in 2015 with a new identity and team, retaining its legacy and brand essence.
