Satya Singh has moved from his position at the Palm Grove restaurant at the Hilton Salalah to join the team at DoubleTree Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island as the new sous chef.
With over a decade of experience across India and the Middle East, Singh was responsible for a team of 20 chefs and six stewards at the Palm Grove before making the move to
Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island general manager Nader Halim said: “We are delighted to have chef Satya Singh join our team of culinary experts at Sanchaya where he will play an integral role in creating memorable culinary experiences. Chef Satya comes with experience drawn from his decade-long career in India and the Middle East, which has given him some very unique insights on crafting the perfect menu."
Sanchaya is an Asian-inspired restaurant which looks out onto the sea at Marjan Island.
