France’s national day is this weekend and there’s a number of F&B related events on offer to help French expatriates to celebrate, or for the enjoyment of anyone wishing to get a flavour of the country.
Chez Charles in Dubai Design District is getting into the spirit of the day with French fete décor at their Le Jour de la Bastille brunches. There is a day brunch from 1pm to 5pm and an evening brunch from 7pm to 11pm. There will be a live band on show and the World Cup is showing in the bar from 6pm.
There’s another Bastille brunch on at Bleu Blanc by David Myers, the French restaurant in the Renaissance Downtown Hotel. The theme of that one is La Vie en rose, the popular song by French singer Edith Piaf.
However, if you want something other than brunch, there is also a special French themed F&B offer at The Grape Escape inside the Hilton Dubai The Walk. You can get unlimited cheese and meat and a glass of wine for just Dhs129 and the deal runs from today, July 12th, to Bastille day on Saturday, July 14th.
