One of the most interesting Caterer Middle East Awards is Kitchen Hero of the Year, where we celebrate an individual who has made a significant impact in their role, away from the public eye.

Do you have a chef who toils away beyond the call of duty? A KP who goes above and beyond to make sure everything is of the highest possible standard? This is their time to shine.

Last year’s winner was Amila Madushan Batuwangala from Galeries Lafayette who his team called “the person who makes the impossible possible”, despite only being in F&B for three years.
