Caterer Middle East’s Head Chef Survey 2018 is now open.
The survey provides a platform for all top culinary professionals across the Middle East to share their views on work, pressing issues and the current state of the regional F&B industry.
The comprehensive study, which is now in its ninth year, is designed to give chefs a voice, and assess market trends, industry progress, potential future challenges and chefs’ overall views of operations in the region.
The survey is anonymous and open to chefs working in both independent and hotel-based restaurants in the region.

Caterer Middle East editor Simon Ritchie said: "We're looking forward to hearing the opinions of chefs, who are the heartbeat of the F&B sector, on exactly where they think the industry is going right and going wrong.
"It is completely anonymous so all participants can be completely honest with their thoughts and opinions and it's a great way to get a rounded view of the industry from within."
Full coverage of the results will be in the September issue of Caterer Middle East as well as online at www.caterermiddleeast.com and will give an insight into the working experiences of chefs from around the Middle East and North Africa.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
The deadline for the entries is Saturday, August 11, 2018
