Drink 360: Make a Tomorrowland cocktail
Amit Khindri, beverage manager at Five Palm Jumeirah Dubai hotel, explains how Giffard helps create his signature Tomorrowland cocktail
- 50ml Grey Goose
- 20ml Giffard honey syrup
- 30ml lime juice
- 3 slices of cucumber
- Crushed lavender petals
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
Strain the cocktail into a rock glass filled with ice.
Add the three thin slices of cucumber for garnish and crushed lavender petals on top.
