Laduree, the French tearoom and patisserie, showcased a new look at the unveiling of its refurbished Dubai Mall outlet.
Global president David Holder flew into Dubai to host a launch event and said: “At Laduree, we are exceptionally proud of the success our original Dubai Mall branch has achieved in the last nine years. Our customers are always seeking something different and so we wanted to totally refresh this branch to offer a new and authentic Laduree experience. This country has a special place in our hearts as we now have six branches in the UAE, having opened four in the last two years, and we are always looking to expand into new locations.”
The new interior design is meant to replicate a modern Parisian tearoom, with Laduree’s trademark pastel shades of green and pink in full effect.
There’s also a new breakfast menu featuring the likes of salmon Benedictine eggs and a salmon poke bowl.
