Pastryology, the Emirati-founded and Dubai-based dessert café, has launched two special trays to celebrate Eid Al Fitr.

Located in Marina Cubes, Mina Rashid, Pastryology has released an Eid cookie tray featuring a mix of all its cookie flavours including Nutella seasalt, lotus chocolate chop, and tahini chocolate, in a beautiful box adorned with flowers.

There’s also a ‘bitezilla tray’ which includes two of its most popular bites - the four-layered rangeena delight, a walnut covered with date, topped with traditional rangeena paste and coated in white chocolate, and, the kunafa surprise, a dreamy combination of white chocolate and cream cheese ganache mixed with crispy kunafa, coated in crunchy pastry and drizzled with thick kunafa syrup.

Pastryology’s Eid cookie tray and bitezilla try are priced at AED325 and AED375 respectively. You can order them through the Pastryology website, but note that all orders must be placed 48 hours in advance.

You can read an interview with Pastryology founders Aisha Sharaf and Tariq Taher in the July issue of Caterer Middle East.
