Pinza and Deliveroo launch creative competition
Deliveroo has teamed up with Pinza to offer diners a chance to win AED 3,500 (US $960) worth of Pinza.
The home-grown concept specialising in a pizza/flatbread hybrid with a hand-kneaded crust, is asking entrants to create its newest menu item.
In order to enter, customers must log onto to the Deliveroo app and click on the Build Your Own Pinza option. From there, they will automatically be enrolled in the competition. The aim is to create the most imaginative and original Pinza topping from ingredients including asparagus, sweet potato, mixed cheese with truffle and Italian sausage.
The name of the creation should be entered in the Dietary Requirements section on the app and candidates are encouraged to post the images of their pinzas to social media, using the hashtag #deliverooae.
The winner will be announced in the last week of February and will be selected by the taste-testing committee at the Pinza headquarters, alongside Deliveroo GCC general manager Anis Harb. The successful submission will be added to the Pinza menu and its creator will win free Pinza for a year.
