Farmhouse launches night brunch at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah
The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert, invites guests and visitors to a new dining experience, blending a family setting and authentic cuisine amidst the natural landscape of Ras Al Khaimah.
Overlooked by executive chef Steven Peter and chef de cuisine Parveen Kumar, the resort’s new restaurant introduces a Thursday night brunch with a farm-to-table twist and featuring local produce.
The night brunch is served family-style and includes Farmhouse specialties such as the smokehouse chicken wings with BBQ Glaze, braised meat balls served with truffle sauce and Manchego cheese or crab sliders with mango chilli salsa, garlic aioli and coriander. Family favourites include the Selection of charcuterie, Farmhouse wedge salad or Josper grilled Seabass with roasted peppers and pine nuts, or the truffle mac & cheese.
Dessert lovers can try the key lime cheesecake, chocolate brownies, apple crumble, fruit platters or candy floss.
