The Italian Way Supper Club to launch at The Maine in Dubai
Peroni Nastro Azzurro has launched ‘The Supper Club’, a pop-up dining experience curated by #TheItalianWay and accessed only via The Maine Oyster Bar & Grill, starting March 19, 2018.
Milan’s supper club - Ma’ Hidden Kitchen - will present the best in Italian cuisine for one week only with a table for 30 set up every evening.
It will include a five-course pairing menu prepared by Stefano Ratti. Ratti is an Italian chef who has worked in numerous Michelin-starred restaurants across the globe, including Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence (three Michelin Stars), Pierino Penati (one Michelin Star) as a sous chef, as well as working alongside internationally renowned chefs such as Carlo Cracco, Gordon Ramsay, Andrea Aprea and Antonio Guida.
This curated experience will see the food being served by Ma’ Hidden Kitchen's team, who have flown in for this pop-up concept which is set up outside in the courtyard.
A dedicated pop-up bar will also be serving Peroni aperitivos, which will remain at The Maine after the week-long Supper Club has ended.
Ma’ Hidden Kitchen is a supper club that started life as an independent culinary concept in Milan by two foodies – Emanuele Nardoni and Melissa Arroni.
Each seat at the table is priced at AED 350 (US$95).
