Fairmont The Palm has added two new F&B outlets to its culinary portfolio: the re-opening of Ba Restaurant and Lounge, and the Seagrill Bistro, which now totals the property’s F&B outlets to 11.
Ba Restaurant and Lounge (meaning lucky number 8 in Mandarin) has re-opened, and now spans one floor. It features modern Asian cuisine, including sushi, noodles, large and small sharing plates within a casual lounge and bar style setting, with floor-to-ceiling views of Dubai Marina's skyline.
The menu will feature Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese and Korean dishes with highlights being its crispy duck kimchi steamed buns, tuna tacos with spicy mayo and fresh mango, its honey baked cod with pickled ginger, selection of signature ramen noodles and Taiwanese braised beef noodle soup.
Meanwhile, Seagrill Bistro features European cuisine and will offer lunch and dinner with a large al fresco terrace. Highlights include its fresh kale and pepper salad, mushroom fusilli pasta with goat’s cheese and truffle oil, and desserts such as crème brulee.
The hotel’s other F&B outlets include all-day dining restaurant Flow Kitchen, Little Miss India, Brazilian outlet Frevo, Mashrabiya Lounge, Delicacy Patisserie and Café, The Cigar Room and The Chefs Palette, a dedicated chef cooking studio. Blowfish, a casual American outlet is expected to open at the end of May this year.
