Hakkasan Abu Dhabi has introduced a number of new dishes to its ‘Only At’ menu that will be inspired by ingredients and flavours local to the region.

All ten worldwide branches of the restaurant chain helmed by executive chef Tong Chee Hwee and international executive chef Ho Chee Boon will receive their own additions, with the Abu Dhabi concept including the likes of Atlantic scallops, Wagyu beef salad, Dover sole fish and orange crème cheese.

There will also be a number of new cocktails for customers to try. The ‘Only At’ menus change twice a year so patrons need to be quick to test them out.
