Galvin Dubai, the restaurant from Michelin-starred chef brothers Chris and Jeff Galvin, has launched its three-course set summer menu.


Designed to infuse and emphasise on flavours suited for the sun, the menu draws its inspiration from Italian, Southern French and North African ingredients.


Among the new dishes added to the menu are pan roast pave of seabass, gnocchi, olive tapenade, and confit tomato and basil oil, and they are available every day from 3pm onwards at Galvin Dubai, The Square, City Walk.
