The dates of Eid Al Adha have been announced and now it’s time to firm up your plans. If you’re staying at home in the UAE, or coming here to visit, Caterer Middle East has rounded up three of the best Eid Al Adha brunch options in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi to keep you well fed and watered.

InterContinental Dubai Festival City has two of its concepts putting on brunches to celebrate Eid Al Adha. At Anise you can indulge in a Taste of Arabia brunch on Wednesday, August 22 and Thursday, August 23, while on Friday, August 24 it’s a Seafood Extravaganza brunch. With eight live cooking stations you can be assured of an abundance of authentic flavours. There’s also a special Eid brunch at The Fish House on both Thursday and Friday.


The Renaissance Downtown Hotel is celebrating Eid from the 21st to the 25th with a set-menu dinner focused on the family-style sharing concept at BHAR.


If you have your sea legs, the QE2 is hosting Eid brunches on Thursday, August 23 and Friday, August 24 on the Quarter Deck against the backdrop of the Dubai skyline. Passengers will enjoy live music entertainment, free flowing beverages, a spread of international delicacies including classic British roasts and fresh seafood counters. There are also a number of all-inclusive packages for those wishing to stay on board that include the Eid brunch. 

Abu Dhabi


Hilton Abu Dhabi is hosting its Eid Al Adha brunch at La Terrazza for four days from August 21 to August 24. Offering a wide range of authentic Middle Eastern dishes including Mediterranean pasta salad with grilled vegetables, lentil soup with pita bread croutons, and an Arabic station serving whole roast ouzi, chicken shawarma, shrimps machbous and more. There’s also the customary carving station with options like slow-roasted beef striploin and a wide-range of sweets at the desserts station.


The Galleria on Al Maryah Island’s Dining Collection has a number of Eid culinary experiences including Roberto’s which is serving a sharing menu for lunch and dinner from Monday, August 20 to Friday, August 24. For those with a sweet tooth, GOSSIP Café and Desserts is offering diners a complimentary selected dessert when spending over AED350 during Eid.


If you want to celebrate Eid by watching the fireworks over Yas Marina, you can enjoy it with seafood at Aquarium and receive a free kid’s meal upon purchase of a regular main course from the Wednesday to Saturday between noon and 7pm.
