Palazzo Versace’s Enigma concept is bringing its take on Persian fine dining to the Mandarin Oriental Macau this September.
From September 20-23, the Dubai-based brand will take over the all-day dining at Vida Rica Restaurant, with executive chef Mansour Memarian crafting a special menu inspired by his Iranian origins.
It’s the first time Enigma has been taken out of the UAE, with Memarian saying he is “truly excited for this new experience and showcasing the best of Enigma at Mandarin Oriental. Cooking is storytelling and through my cuisine I hope to show Macau the rich flavours of Persia and my childhood memories”.
Memarian has been a chef for over 21 years, earning a first Michelin star in 2006 when he was head chef at Jagdhof Glashutte in Germany.
