Ananta, the restaurant at The Oberoi, Dubai, is set to launch a new menu based on the four seasons this September.


The new menu offers an amalgamation of time-honoured traditional flavours combined with exotic ingredients authentic to various parts of the world, laying emphasis on their nutritional value.

It includes barley and quinoa chaat, mandra tikka, tandoori broccoli, and phal curry, and is being launched for lunch and dinner alongside the existing menu.
