Two of Dubai’s top chefs to collaborate for two nights only

Atlantis, The Palm’s culinary month continues with Ossiano’s Gregoire Berger and Tresind’s Himanshu Saini collaborating together to create an 11-course menu available for two nights only.

On Friday, October 19 and Saturday, October 20, Berger and Saini will host the special ‘Four Hands’ dinner at Ossiano for a price of AED 950 per person.

The menu crafted by the two top chefs will be based around the East meeting the West, with the likes of oyster and caviar pani puri, chili duck and hoisin pressed sandwich, and a blossoming king crab and coriander ‘floral garden’ to name but a few.
