Popular Peruvian restaurant Lima Dubai has introduced a new set menu designed by its head chef Diego Sanchez.
The four-course menu is designed for four guests to share at Lima’s The Square – City Walk location in Dubai.
Highlights include Hamachi tiradito which combines yellow chilli tiger’s milk, yuzu gel, and Jerusalem artichoke puree finished with a rocoto crisp and lomo steak huancaina which is seared beef tenderloin served with yellow chilli, cheese sauce and coriander.
The chef’s menu is available daily at a price of AED 380 per person with a welcome drink, and must be booked for a minimum of four people.
Lima has also recently announced that it will be launching a brunch in collaboration with fellow City Walk locations Toro + KO and Galvin Bistrot Bar.
