Al Seef, Dubai’s waterfront destination, has seen the arrival of Doors Restaurant, a freestyle grill concept.
Brought to Dubai by celebrated chef Kemal Ceylan, Doors Restaurant has a seating capacity of up to 400 people, with 12,000 sq ft of space separated into six distinct zones, each offering an experience of its own including shisha, VVIP, and al fresco.
The restaurant serves a global fusion menu featuring dishes from various international cuisines with a contemporary twist yet swearing by the authentic flavour of the ingredients.
Ceylan hails from Turkey and opened his first restaurant in Shenzhen, followed by Guangzhou, China. On his new opening he said: “We are truly thrilled to launch our first restaurant in the GCC. Dubai, being the global culinary hub is a competitive yet exciting market. People understand and appreciate the nuances of great food, which makes it really imperative for us to elevate our offerings and experience.”
