Ajman Hotel, managed by Blazon hotels, has appointed Dario Usai as Italian chef at Sabella’s organic Italian restaurant.
Born in Cagliari, Dario started his career at Le Meridien Forte Villa Resort in 1999 and us joining Ajman Hotel from his most recent role as Italian executive chef at Pizzaro Q – Gourmet LLC.
He has held previous position as Italian chef with Marriott International, Hyatt Regency Dubai, Grand Millennium Dubai and Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort in Fujairah.
Sabella’s will feature savoury dishes ranging from traditional homemade pasta, seafood dining options and slices of fresh pizza coming directly from the oven. The restaurant offers indoor and terrace dining. Wine connoisseurs will enjoy selection of wines from main regions in Italy and around the world.
