Six Senses Zighy Bay in Oman has launched new menus across all its restaurants, with a focus on organic and sustainable food at their heart.
The creative and colourful dishes are made using vegetables and herbs from the hotel’s organic garden and Dibba Organic Farm’s products of eggs, honey, cheese, and a variety of greens.
At fine-dining restaurant Sense on the Edge, the new menu draws on French techniques and culinary finesse while adding a touch of Japanese touch of freshness and regional flavours.
The Summer House upholds it farm-to-table food concept and earthy atmosphere with more homey and comfort food options that are healthy and on-brand with Six Senses wellness programmes.
The Zighy Bar has rolled out a whole new fresh tapas menu with a twist on classic tapas with a mix of flavours and influences from around the world – pea tacos, veggie shawarma, and satays with sweet potatoes are among the new dishes.
