10 of the best Valentine's Day offerings in Dubai

Love is in the air as it is only a month until Valentine’s Day, and as always Dubai’s restaurants and hotels are falling over themselves to come up with the best deal to bring in the couples.

Caterer Middle East has looked throughout the city to find the best offerings available on Thursday, February 14.


Evoke the romance and magic of Spain and Latin America at Andalucia Tapas and Grill in Jebel Ali Recreational Centre which will be serving a specially curated three-course feast. For just AED 375 a couple you can indulge in starters including dynamite shrimp or goat’s cheese and beetroot salad, and mains including medallion steak and grilled salmon with honey sauce. And of course there’s a bottle of house white or red wine included.

DIFC favourite Roberto’s is offering up a number of packages for loved-up couples this Valentine’s Day. From dining Piemonte-style in the restaurant for AED 840 per couple with a four-course fine-dining menu or the option to be seated in the entertainment lounge with live music for the same price, to the more exclusive and intimate dining experience of a five-course degustation menu available for AED 3,500 per couple tucked away on the cosy Cortina balcony overlooking the Dubai skyline.

Three restaurants at Fairmont The Palm are getting in on the action also. Little Miss India has a four course Indian special set menu including a special Valentine’s cocktail on arrival – AED 495. Seagrill Bistro Restaurant and Lounge has a pricier option at AED 899 including a bottle of prosecco, couples can enjoy a four-course set European menu with views of the Dubai Marina skyline. And finally, Ba restaurant and lounge, the hotel’s Asian restaurant is also offering a four-course set menu with prosecco at a price of AED 888 (Ba means eight in Mandarin, with eight being a lucky number in China).

Going back to DIFC, steakhouse Gaucho has a three-course menu available for AED 450 that includes the likes of truffle burrata to start and bife de chorizo as your main. You can also expect a number of gifts and surprises from the Gaucho team throughout the evening, while you can add a four glass wine pairing for AED 215.

Fancy going above and beyond to impress your partner? Nestled in the heart of The Restaurant at Address Boulevard is The Secret Room. On Valentine’s Day it’s offering a five-course dinner in an intimate setting, complemented by sommelier-paired beverages. Couples can enjoy the exclusivity of a private chef’s table with the option of choosing your own playlist for the evening. It’s not cheap though with a minimum spend of AED 3,000 per couple applying.

Leave your companion in a spin with a trip to Al Dawaar, Dubai’s only revolving restaurant which offers 360° panoramic views of the city skyline and Burj Khalifa. A Beauty and the Beast theme will see ladies offered a complimentary box of chocolates along with a red rose. Live kitchen offerings and an array of fish, meat, and pastas will be on offer for AED 399 per person (food only) or AED 599 inclusive of house beverages.

Looking for something more relaxing? Try the couples’ spa experience at Address Dubai Mall which includes a 60-minute massage followed by a four-course lunch at Cabana with views of Burj Khalifa. The package also includes complimentary pool access for two people.

Kim’s Singapore Seafood is celebrating its first Valentine’s Day in Dubai with a curated four-course menu for the evening which includes seafood and chicken options for the main course and a chocolate pandan fondant to finish. It comes in at a pocket-friendly AED 188 per couple.

Le Cirque at DIFC combines the romance of France with the culinary expertise of the Italians so it should be perfect for Valentine’s Day right? It’s offering a four-course sharing menu for AED 688 per couple including one glass of champagne per person.

Interested in Iranian cuisine? The three-course set menu at Shayan at Swissotel Al Ghurair is something different than the one-metre kebab the location is known for. This low-key Valentine’s offering features a candle-lit dinner consisting of traditional Iranian dishes for AED 390 per couple including soft drinks and a red rose on arrival.

Hilton Dubai Jumeirah at The Walk has a couple of special Valentine's deals up its sleeve. BiCE Ristorante is offering a four-course set menu with the opportunity to dine on the terrace under the stars for just AED 225 per person including a glass of bubbly. Or if you fancy a livelier occasion, you can head to Trader Vic's for a three-course menu with bubbly for AED 220, where there is also a special cocktail and a la carte menu available.
