Popular DIFC restaurant Boca is set to bring Tala Bashmi, chef de cuisine at Fusions restaurant in the Gulf Hotel in Bahrain, to Dubai to host a special collaborative dinner.
Bahsmi will team up with Boca head chef Matthijs Stinnissen to create a four-course sharing menu celebrating a love of ingredients and culinary techniques from the Arabian Gulf on February 12.
The collaboration dinner to be hosted at the Mediterranean inspired restaurant will focus on fish a vegetable varieties native to the local region and will use a mix of traditional and modern recipes.
There will also be a drink pairing from Zonin’s Rocca di Montemassi, introduced by their brand ambassador Fraser Jones along with Boca’s team of sommeliers.
