The latest in a run of world class chefs to make their way to Capital Club Bahrain is Nicolas Min Jorgensen.
Jorgensen, who was born in Korea but has spent the majority of life in Denmark, is the creative genius behind Restaurant Sustans in Aarhus which has retained one Michelin star for four successive years.
The chef will create a menu for diners at Capital Club Bahrain from February 12 to 14, including a special five-course menu for Valentine’s Day dinner, and will help train the students at Bahrain Institute for Hospitality and Retail (BIHR).
Jorgensen is a big advocate for sustainable food and the menu at Substans is known for incorporating the seasons and nature of Denmark – values that align with those of Capital Club Bahrain.
General manager Sumeet Jhingan said: “It is an incredible opportunity for the BIHR culinary students to learn from the masters of the industry who have managed to carve their own name by staying true to their passion for food, simple yet individual style, and learning from their surroundings for inspiration.”
