Mix Dubai by Alain Ducasse has launched a Friday brunch called Aristokrasi at its Emerald Palace Kempinski venue.
The largest venue from the multi-award-winning French chef is hoping it will become “everyone’s new go-to luxury brunch” following its launch on February 8.
Dishes include m’rouza-style lamb shoulder, roasted corn-fed chicken confit lemon, lobster with artisanal dried pasta and black truffle, and line-caught sea bass with lemon and capers.
There will also be multiple live drink stations each manned by a “skilled mixologist”.
Hugues Gerard, executive chef, Mix Dubai said: “We are very excited to launch our Aristokrasi brunch by Mix. Our award-winning culinary team has put a lot of thought behind the food selection and the over-all concept of the brunch.”
He also added: “All of our ingredients have been carefully selected, hand-picked, handled with care and passion to bring you an exquisite taste to your tables.”
Packages start from AED 450 at the three-floor restaurant on The Palm.
