Bleu Blanc by David Myers at Renaissance Downtown Hotel, Dubai is hosting a special vegan’s chef table menu as part of Dubai Food Festival.
The restaurant’s executive chef Alexandre Szkaradkiewicz will prepare the menu at the concept’s grill counter on February 26 and 27.
Included on the wholly plant-based evenings will be dishes such as salt baked beets and tomato salad for starters, potato gnocchi and sweet potato and asparagus risotto for starters, and ember roasted berries and pit roasted pineapple for dessert.
Only six guests can be accommodated each night so you’ll have to book quickly. Tickets cost AED 250 per person for food only.
