A new pan-Asian restaurant has opened its doors at the Caesars Palace hotel on the recently developed Bluewaters Island in Dubai.
The new concept Zhen Wei promises to brings customers “on a sensory journey straight to the streets of Hong Kong” with the likes of homemade dim sum and hand-pulled noodles on the menu.
Head chef Yang Tao, known as Frankie, will combine authentic pan-Asian flavours with modern cooking techniques and presentation.
There’s a 14 strong dim-sum section while other dishes such as whole Beijing duck, Kalbi-spiced BBQ short ribs with kimchi and pickled jalapeno chili are also available.
It’s open every day for lunch and dinner on the island which will soon host the world’s largest Ferris wheel, Ain Dubai.
