French national Damien Duviau has been appointed as the new executive chef at Nobu Dubai.
Duviau previously served as sous chef at the Atlantis, The Palm restaurant from 2010 to 2013 before making the move to the Moscow outlet as executive chef where he has been for the past five years.
After helping launch sister restaurant Nobu Crocus City in Russia, Duviau is now returning to Dubai.
