Nobu Dubai appoints new executive chef

French national Damien Duviau has been appointed as the new executive chef at Nobu Dubai.

Duviau previously served as sous chef at the Atlantis, The Palm restaurant from 2010 to 2013 before making the move to the Moscow outlet as executive chef where he has been for the past five years.

After helping launch sister restaurant Nobu Crocus City in Russia, Duviau is now returning to Dubai.

Sascha Triemer, vice president of food and beverage at Atlantis, The Palm, said: “We are delighted to welcome Damien Duviau back to the incredibly talented team at Nobu. We are confident he will help us to build on the success of one of Dubai’s most acclaimed restaurants.
