The latest concept from Food Fund International has officially opened at Souk Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai.
Taverna Greek Kitchen brings the flavours and famous dishes of the Mediterranean to the waterside location, with a rustic yet elegant design.
The open-style kitchen is designed to be reminiscent of a local Greek family-run restaurant and both the head chef and general manager, Theo Rouvas and Mirella Paschou respectively, are Greek.
Paschou is also the first female GM for FFI.
The restaurant is based upon a sharing style with a wide variety of meze and of course classic Greek dishes such as tzatziki.
