Boca Dubai, the Mediterranean restaurant in DIFC, will host chef Billy Baroja for a collaboration dinner with its own chef Matthijs Stinnissen in March.
Baroja is flying in from Formentera Island and will show off his ingredients from the Arabian Gulf and tastes of the Mediterranean as part of the one off meal on March 22.
The three course menu including cocktail pairing starts at AED 395, while it’s available with soft drinks for AED 295. There are also a limited number of goodie bags available.
Expect the likes of Dibba Bay oysters, sea bass tartar, and lobster on the menu.
