Vietnamese favourite Hoi An has introduced a new all-you-can-eat dinner menu to its offering.
The Abu Dhabi restaurant will provide as much traditional food from Vietnam as diners can handle between 6pm and 7:30pm, Wednesdays to Mondays.
The ‘Super Sapa’ deal includes a selection of appetisers including banana blossom salad with chicken and grilled minced duck in cha plu leaf. Mains include a choice of fresh vermicelli noodles served with fresh herbs and chicken, steamed fish with green ginger and soya sauce, and sautéed diced beef.
Kenan Demirel, executive chef at Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, said, “The Super Sapa dinner is an intimate gathering of foodies that offer our chefs a place to share the food and stories of their homeland. The a traditional Vietnamese feast is all about bringing people together.

The Super Sapa dinner with soft drinks is priced at AED148 and with selected house wine and beer at AED198.
