A new concept dedicated to street food from around the world has opened at the Hilton Al Jadaf in Dubai’s Culture Village.
Str.Eat Culture features dishes that chef Emanuele Di Tullio gathered on his travels from around the world including Vietnamese hot dogs, southern fried chicken, and Korean tacos.
Di Tullio said: “On a career going back 17 years I spent time in kitchens in all parts of the world and I was able to get some amazing and unique recipes that I have now brought to Dubai.
“I was also on a cruise liner for several years which had a focus on food – and that took me to some places you would not normally go for inspiration.
“The people I met along the way helped drive this menu and we cannot wait for people to get stuck into these street food dishes.”
The concept is licensed and includes a range of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages.
