Celebrated French chef Pierre Gagnaire is in Dubai to launch the latest menu at Pierre’s Bistro & Bar.

His spring menu, released to mark the first birthday of the restaurant, has been created so that it is completely adaptable for vegans and vegetarians.

Pierre Gagnaire said: “We wanted to bring a new menu that had something for everyone, including the vegan and vegetarian communities. It shouldn’t be that there are only a few dishes available at the bottom of the menu for people who don’t eat meat, or dishes that are only available in a one-size-fits-all. So, by allowing the full menu to be adapted it means sharing platters can actually be shared, and small and main dishes are a burst of enjoyment and full of intense flavours”

The new spring menu encompasses sharing dishes such as saffron flavoured arancini croquettes, and mains like cod fillet with white miso, bean sprouts, Thai grapefruit and turnip daikon, a 450g Grilled Wagyu beef ribeye steak served with a classic Béarnaise sauce, and for the braver of the table, frog’s legs poulette style.
