Gaucho DIFC, the Argentinian steakhouse that has been a mainstay of Dubai’s culinary scene for more than eight years, has launched a newly curated menu.
Unveiled at an exclusive private dinner with Gaucho owner and founder Zeev Godik, the latest update to the menu includes the likes of tira de ancho, a spiral cut ribeye slow-grilled with chimichurri, and churrasco de lomo, spiral cut fillet marinated in garlic, pasley, and oil.
Three new desserts to the menu include burnt peaches and figs, which is ideal for sharing, coconut tres leches, and dulche de leche cheesecake.
Following the launch, the invited guests went upstairs to Indie, also operated by Gaucho, which was celebrating its third birthday with a Friends TV show themed party.
Gaucho has also announced its breakfast menu will be available for day time dining during Ramadan, from May 5 to June 4, 9am to 12pm, weekdays only.
