Latin American-inspired concept COYA Dubai has launched a curated menu for summer.
Fin de Samana is a four-course set menu available every Friday and Saturday and priced at AED280 per person.
The menu starts with one choice of ceviche dishes followed by two choices of appetisers. There’s then a classic COYA main course including the likes of Chilean sea bass, Wagyu short rib, and corn fed baby chicken, before ending on dessert.
Guests can also enjoy a selection of signature drinks to pair with the dishes.
It’s available at the weekend between 12.30pm and 4pm at the Four Seasons Resort on Jumeirah Road.
