To mark World Oceans Day this June 8, Dubai’s sustainability focused seafood restaurant Pierchic is launching a limited-edition set menu.
Available for lunch and dinner from June 4-8, the World Oceans Day five-course set menu will use only ethically-sourced ingredients.
Included on the menu are dishes such as Dibba Bay oysters from the UAE’s only oyster farm on the country’s east coast; a duo of local Hamachi and salmon ceviche with sweet potato and leche de tigre; lobster and locally-produced ricotta ravioli; Dibba hammour with harissa, moutabal, koosa and lemon butter sauce; and butternut UAE ricotta cheesecake with pumpkin puree and pistachio ice cream.
Priced at AED395 per person, an organic grape-pairing package is also available for an extra AED295 per head, bringing the full experience to AED690 per person. Advanced booking is compulsory.
