A new gastropub has opened in Downtown Dubai’s Souk Al Manzil and its promising to be a “social space for the city’s intelligentsia, tastemakers, trailblazers, and night owls”.
Distillery, from Lincoln Hospitality, serves a diverse menu of international flavours including gourmet burgers, premium secondary cuts of meat, and classic pub grub.
Executive chef Duayne de Waal has previously worked at The Meat Company and The Grand Grill, while the late-night bar also boasts a range of handpicked spirits, cocktails and craft beers.
Ralph Homer, CEO and co-founder of Lincon Hospitality, said: “Distillery’s doors are open to everyone. It’s a community space that encourages debate and discussion. We want to be where Dubai’s next social trend is conceived. We want to be where a game-changing idea was sparked. Distillery is where you can catch up with your friends, sink your teeth into a meaty conversation, and feel right at home.”
Distillery will also have a weekly ladies night and other events to be announced.
